🌬️ Airborne Exposure
You can become infected by breathing in contaminated dust or airborne particles:
- During animal birthing, slaughtering or butchering
- When handling infected animals or animal products
- While herding, shearing or transporting livestock
- While mowing grass contaminated by animal waste
- Living or working near high-risk industries

- Contact with infected animal tissues or fluids through cuts, scratches or needlestick injuries
