We are a bulk billing medical centre. Our GP consultation fees are charged depending on a number of factors including length, the complexities of the problem(s) and the issues involved.

Medicare: Bulk billed.
Cooperated insurance (Medibank, Bupa, Nib, Ahm, Allianz, CBHS): Bulk billed *please bring your valid insurance card if applicable to avoid extra charge
No insurance/valid insurance: Full fee applies.

We accept payment by Cash, EFT, EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard only.

Payment is required at the time of consultation. If you are in a position of financial hardship, please discuss this with your doctor.

* Please note a Telehealth consultation attracts a Medicare rebate only if you’ve had a face-to-face consultation with any of our GPs at our medical centre within the last 12-months. If you don’t fit this Medicare criteria, a private non-refundable fee will apply. This means there is no Medicare rebate. This Medicare rule currently does not apply to:

Children< 12 months old
People who are homeless
People needing mental health support
People in a natural disaster affected area
People in isolation or quarantine due to COVID-19 infection
Blood borne viruses and sexual/reproductive health support
Pregnancy support counselling consultations
