We are a mix-billing medical centre.  Our GP consultation fees are charged depending on a number of factors including length, the complexities of the problem(s) and the issues involved.

• No Medicare or private funds: Full fee applies.
• Non direct bill OSHC/OVHC insurance: Full fee applies.

               * Present without valid physical/digital card (excluded Allianz and CBHS).

               * OSHC/OVHC insurance not listed as below.

               * Additional $40 gap fee applied for all new non-Medicare patients if book   

                  with VR doctors on first visit.

• Medicare card and eligible insurance card holder: Bulk-billed and no payment required for your consultation.

              * OSHC/OVHC: Bupa, Medibank, NIB, AHM, CBHS, Allianz. Please book with 

                 non-VR doctors to avoid additional $40 gap fee on your first visit.

              * Bulk-billing services only applied to VR doctors if you are Medicare patient.

              * Please make sure you bring the valid physical/digital card or policy Number.

We accept payment by Cash, EFT, EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard only.  

Payment is required at the time of consultation. If you are in a position of financial hardship, please discuss this with your doctor. 

 * Please note a Telehealth consultation attracts a Medicare rebate only if you’ve had a face-to-face consultation with any of our GPs at our medical centre within the last 12-months.  If you don’t fit this Medicare criteria, a private non-refundable fee will apply.  This means there is no Medicare rebate.  This Medicare rule currently does not apply to:

• Children< 12 months old
• People who are homeless
• People needing mental health support
• People in a natural disaster affected area
• People in isolation or quarantine due to COVID-19 infection
• Blood borne viruses and sexual/reproductive health support
• Pregnancy support counselling consultations
